The purpose of this Complaints Reporting Channel is for any person or organisation to report and/or communicate any possible irregular, unethical or inappropriate conduct of anyone who represents or participates in any way with our organisation or is an employee of it. We encourage employees, donors, users, suppliers or anyone who has contact with us and what we do to contact us and send us their suggestions, complaints or any statement that could be useful for us.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with every detail you may have (dates, names, places, etc.) that could help us with a possible internal investigation in order to have as much evidence as possible.
