Commitment to Integrity and Transparency

At ITV ICE MAKERS, we firmly believe that the best way to encourage the reporting of possible irregularities is by fostering an environment of trust, where everyone feels safe and comfortable to report, in good faith, any situation they believe to be contrary to the law or to our ethical principles.

Through this channel, only situations that may constitute the following can be reported:

• Actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union law.
• Actions or omissions that may amount to a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative infringement.
• Labour law violations related to occupational health and safety.
• Conduct that constitutes a breach of our Code of Ethics or internal company policies.

Reports must be made in good faith, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This means that, at the time of the report, the whistleblower must have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is true and that it may constitute a violation.
